Evaluation

As recommended by instructional design experts, the design work is not done after one iteration of the process. Based on student feedback, I update course aspects such as the

  • content based on the latest trends in a subject domain,
  • graphic design based on new capabilities of technologies when they will prove more effective to convey meaning, and
  • pedagogical features taking advantage of the latest education research to ensure meaningful learning.

Throughout my career, I have designed evaluation, evaluated and/or facilitated learning of evaluation and instrument design methods such as

  • The Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick 4-level Evaluation
  • Survey Design:
    • Iarossi, G. (2005). The power of survey design: A user's guide for managing surveys, interpreting results, and influencing respondents. Washington, DC: World Bank.
  • Test Design
